Subject: Invitation to Exhibit at OWPCA Annual
Short School
Dear Exhibitor:
Oklahoma Water and Pollution Control Association
would like to invite you each of you to our 82st Annual Short School to be held
October 27 to 31, 2008 at Rose State College’s new Training Center located at
1720 Hudiburg in Midwest City.
There are several motels in the area within a
few blocks of the training center. A list of the motels can be found on our web
site.
Vendor schedule:
Monday October 27
Golf 10:00 am (Choctaw Creek)
Monday October 27
Set-up 1:00 – 5:00 pm
Tuesday October 28
Exhibit 8:00 - 3:00 pm
Wednesday October 29 Exhibit
8:00 - 3:00 pm (lunch provided)
A floor plan is included with your vendor
information. Booths will be given on a first come first serve basis. Cost for
booths is $375.00 prior to September 1st and $450.00 after September 1st. Booth
will be 10x10, draped with one 6’ table and 2 chairs. Booths include 2
representative’s nametags. Additional people at your booth will be $20.00 each.
If your company would like to donate a door prize to be given away during Short
School please let us know. We will also be able to have demonstrations in the
parking lot and vendors will not be restricted by Rose State on food items that
some vendors like to have at their booths. Motels for the area are listed on our
web page.

Awards will be given away on Wednesday, October
29th at 11:30 am lunch. Hopefully this will give exhibitors and
attendees extra time to visit. Golf will be at Choctaw Creek, located at 2200 N.
Hiwassee Road in Choctaw. Dates for next year are October 26-30, 2009 so make
sure and mark your calendars for next year.
ALL VENDORS MUST FILL OUT,
SIGN, AND MAIL TO KRISTI HILL THE EXHIBITOR CONTRACT IN ORDER TO EXHIBIT.
